1. Due to the need to access requested medication, appointments made after Wednesday cannot be accommodated within the same week.
2. ⁠If you cancel within 72hours of your confirmed appointment date then you will be charged.
3. ⁠Date will only be confirmed after receipt of your blood results and payment.
4. ⁠If requesting iron infusions please write in message box the following blood results - Hb, ferrtin and iron studies. These results need to be within 3 months of your appointment.
